One of the BEST customer service experiences I have had in a very long time! Hats off to Ricky for his outstanding service to me today and I'm so happy with my purchase! Super friendly and made me feel as though all my questions were important and truly wanted to be there helping me with my purchase! Knowledgeable beyond and I cannot say enough....he and this company will get more of my business and I will refer to others for sure. He equates my own customer service and I have been in the business for over 30 years. Thank you Ricky and stay strong through Covid!

I recently purchased a mattress at Designer Furniture Gallery. Bruce was very knowledgeable about the product I purchased. The delivery was seamless. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend shopping here, and speaking to Bruce about your household furnishings.

Turn around and walk out. Better furniture stores out there than this. We needed repairs on the couch we bought; we had paid for a warranty but, as we were under renovations in our house, we lost the paperwork. Bruce wouldn't look for his copy, said it was in a box" somewhere. Too much trouble."

A big thank you to Bruce for his excellent customer service. It was a big purchase and decision for us so his knowledge of the brands and styles we looked at were beyond helpful. Pleased that the style and company we chose is Canadian made and we had many fabrics to choose from. Went to a much larger company and was not even greeted or acknowledged. I liked that Bruce took the time with our many visits and questions. Great experience.

Came with wife to shop for sectional couch. We had a great experience with Bruce helping us out to customize our purchase. He took time to listen and offered great solution. We ended buying more product and were very happy with service. Great selection with items not found anywhere else!

The worst experience ever! My boyfriend and I ordered two couches for our new house . We ordered the couches in October and we didn’t get them until December . I understand the delay with covid . When we brought the couches home they were completely wrong. Wrong colour , wrong legs , wrong pillows . We also ordered a removable lounge and it was in a completely different colour then the couch. They told us we would have to wait until March to get the correct couch. We agreed to take the couch they had made wrong and we were told that lounge would be in a few weeks later . We still have not gotten our lounge and it’s April!!! We also have now realized the stain protector we paid extra for is not even on this completely wrong couch.To make matters worse we ordered a bed with two box springs . We set up our bed and they gave us two different sized box springs for our bed. 2 inches different in size .Literally every single thing we have ordered has been wrong . We can’t get a hold of them because they are closed for covid. We also have talked to them a number of times about this and they just keep saying it’s the manufacturer or it will be a couple of weeks .Brutal customer service !! I would never buy a piece of furniture from them again. If I did I would bet on it being wrong .

Overall, we had a great experience while looking for a new sofa! Bruce was very welcoming and knowledgeable in regards to what we were looking for. Glad to be supporting a local business and a Canadian furniture company! Our sofa was estimated to arrive in about 2 weeks, but it’s been less than a week and we are expecting it to arrive already! Extremely happy and excited with our purchase! Thank you Bruce for your help!

What I thought would be a great experience sooner turned to a terrible experience. Sofa was supposed to be delivered on the 24th but apparently the truck broke down. The only way I found that out was because I called the store. Again sofa was to be delivered on the 25 between 2-6. Called the store again for an update. They have not returned any of my calls and my sofa again has not been delivered. I’m beyond frustrated.

I was very happy with my experience with Aman and Designer Furniture Gallery. I had certain size specifications for a couch and Aman was attentive and helped me with making a great choice. Our couch was delivered a month early and I have been back to make other purchases. I would definitely recommend this furniture store. It was a seamless experience.
