I use to work here for awhile and now am a customer. People often have issues with employers they choose to leave, but working there made me feel like I was helping people everyday. Even years later, I would recommend the company and the people who work there to help with any tech project that I come up with. For already made products, and development, they are always my go to.

Mygica canada has the worst customer service ive ever dealt with waited over 6 months to have my brand new boxes fixed only to have to call and remind them repeatedly that i havent received them back yet when i finally did get them back 6 months later they still werent fixed and was toold they wouldnt fix them iv dont deal with these people thier company is gta electonics go to thier site and read all the same reviews there so you dont think its just me complaining about itWe also waited years for reimburstment i had to send back 14 boxes at christmas buzz tvs that none of them worked i had to put money out of my own pocket to replace those boxes for my customers a week before christmas i dont think i got them back till almost april the next uear and instead of replacing them you gave them back to me refurbishedWhich i had to sell at cost so dont give me that bs excuse

Called mygica today to get information about a new Android box employee was not helpful and unknowledgeable when I asked for his name he hung up on me when I called back again to speak to him to ask more questions he hung up on me this is the kind of customer service you can expect from mygica

Great products and even greater staff. Sell only the Mygica by and of tv boxes but they're great kodi boxes. Great place if you're tired of getting ripped off by cable companies. Ask them for help and they will but do research on how to setup.your kodi box.
