My father was moved into this place and was placed in a room at the end of the hall. There was a manager office across. While visiting my father the manager was sitting chatting and eating with the door open while my father was soiled in bed. The manager noticed me but just ignored it. My father later passed away. I noticed this place has a significant gap with cross over and communication between front line staff and management. The management has attitude. Patient relation with a family of loved one is not there. Do not have your loved one go here.

One of the worst places I have worked at. I ended up quitting.Management is horrible and does not respect staff. There is no worklife balance. Staff are constantly talked down to while senior management has no idea what their job is and how to even do it.As frontline staff, we are not listened to and instead treated as kids. They tend to forget that staff have their families as well and are put in very compromising situations especially during the covid pandemic.Public health needs to pay a visit to this place. I'm happy I'm no longer working here.

I find that some of the staff are rude and negligent. They ignore resident’s calls and requests, they yell at other staff, and complain about residents and their jobs. The building is old but kept clean. I like the pets that live there; Fred the turtle, the two budgies and all the fish in the tank.

There is no empathy here, my mom was a resident for 2 months, she hated it, some of the staff were rough and rude. We tried to make the best of it. When she passed - no one was sorry, we were just told that she had no vitals! Families need to be treated with compassion - you won't find it here.
