This is not the first time and it’s really annoying when you order something say like a chicken nugget meal and ask for extra sweet and sour and even ask before you drive away if the sauce is in there and they say yes and there is none in the bag also when they serve you stale chicken nuggets

It was ok. Wingham has better service. The fry guy looked like he did not want to be there. He gave me cold waffle fries so I asked for new ones. They fixed it. My husbands fries were cold too. It was around supper time.

A little disappointed as this location used to be great. Was there the other day and saw an employee on the kitchen on his phone and then he went to make food with his bare hands without washing. Also dirty and tables not cleaned. Won't be back.

Ordered the Bacon &Egg muffin with hash brown .white milk.i usually love bacon but I received a hard chewy sandwich with no flavor. The egg was okay but the bacon was old and chewy. This sandwich needs a sauce that represents breakfast. Something tangy. Also the hashbrown has no flavor either. I hope they fix these issues cause it could elevate breakfast as we know it.

Food is as accepted. I did ask for my receipt and the lady said the printer is out with attitude. I politely asked again since I need it, now she was really not happy. Sorry some of us need that. Other than that everyone else was great.

Terribly slow service and confused staff. Everything tasted over salted and the strawberry pies I got were cold. Wouldn't stop there again.

Forgot the sauce for my nuggets and there is this one kid who always get mad when I want to pay cash at drive thru, he always tries to hand me the debit machine before I tell him I want to pay cash. The kid today was way more kind.

Kind staff, quick and delicious food, always perfect. Thank you for the kind staff. At night, the street lights on the drive through side didn't work, so it was dark, so it was a little uncomfortable. It was bright before, but after something changed, it doesn't seem to work. Drive carefully when turning corners.

This place is the black hole of customer service. Brings to question which is worse; the Goderich Tim Hortons or the Goderich McDonalds, trust me I’ve been to both.

Clean with nice interior. Great staff. Lots of parking spaces. Food? It's the same from other McDonald's.
