Best store ever. DOG BAGS. Lots of dog stuff.

Suprisingly poor customer service. My partner and I were looking and ready to buy a sleeping bag when we came to the shop. The lady working showed us to the sleeping bags, which we looked over for a few minutes. The bag we decided on was the last one in store, and the floor model. When we asked if we could take it down to see the packed size, she asked us if we were going to buy it, and refused to take it down unless we were sure we were going to purchase it. On top of that, she said that this sleeping bag didn’t include the compression sack that was included by the manufacturer, and offered no compensation for the missing part and the fact that it was a floor model. Would not recommend.

Needed a bathing suit, was able to find a good quality one here

Great shop and the sales staff was extremely helpful. She showed us all the different options for a hiking bag and gave just the right recommendations. I can only recommend this store!

Good selection of clothes, has all popular brands. Great place to pick up a bear spray, it was slightly cheaper to get it here rather than in Walmart in British Columbia. Thanks!

Excellent service from Amy at the Outdoor Store in Jasper. Last spring we bought our black Lab a dog harness to help stop her pulling. This fall we got our second dog a harness too. He is very large and Amy was so helpful in his fitting. Also got some jingle bells for the dogs, as the Elk were all over when we were hiking. The harnesses are very well made and fit our dogs great. Noticed some pretty ladies winter hats too.
