Great and friendly staff! This was my first time going to Panda and I booked an RMT session with Vian. She went over thoroughly with what my problem areas were and was very informative and professional! My lower back was feeling great to almost experiencing no pain at all! I would definitely recommend Panda for anyone wanting to get any of the services they offer!

Staffs were rude and arrogant when they didn't inform clients they changed the service room on different floor and then blamed clients not reading their rules without proper notice. They waisted client's 20 minutes in waiting without apology and insisted they were very polite" to tell clients it's client's fault not receive the correct notice. Staffs are coughing and should've stayed home not work. Staffs are eating lunch in the back room and no one in the front desk. This clinic is very unprofessionally."

I worked with Uma on strengthening my arm after a cycling injury. Uma provided the type of service I had hoped for. She asked questions and listened carefully to understand what my condition and needs were. I hoped that she would give me exercises to help me build back my strength. We are in that process now and the exercises are definitely working as she suggested.

Minjeong (Anna) is really lovely and kind. She’s really good at understanding what the body is feeling and what kind of treatments to do to make it better. She’s also really patient and listens to your concerns. I thought her acupuncture and cupping therapy was very good, it really does make a difference afterwards. I’d highly recommend her.

Enjoyed my experience with the acupuncture treatment received from practitioner Jennifer Kim, Michelle and Selena. They are all great at what they do....Michelle's hands work like magic...:) I also liked the friendly service provided by Jennifer and Selena- Gayathri

I visited a branch in Burnaby, this Burnaby branch would directly bill ICBC for treatments related to vehicular accidents, allow at least half an hour for parking if you are unfamiliar with the location. Anyway, Ze Heng Shen was the best therapist, very knowledgeable, professional and polite, he utilized the most effective therapy exercises, the facility is clean, the staff takes great care and pride in their work, I look forward for my recovery after a traumatic accident, I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Thank you Ze Heng Shen.

I don't know where to begin - but Panda Clinic opening right across from where live (and work) has got the be the most awesome thing that happened to my neighbourhood. Booking is easy and convenient, and the newly renovated roads provide good front parking space. I was lucky enough to book a session with all of their therapists, and I must say that they are all so very good (yet with varying techniques) that you will have a hard time choosing favourites.I think even if you live quite far this clinic is worth the trip. The rooms are clean, warm enough during the winter, ambient sound is soothing and quiet. Definitely 5 stars. A solid team and business right here.
