Automoves Edmonton Car Shipping

We hired this company to ship a vehicle from AbB to BC they picked up on Dec 17 and promised to deliver on Dec 24. Now here we are 3 weeks after and they cannot tell us where the vehicle is. We call everyday and they won't answer there calls or emails. We call the other offices and number no reply we are now having to report the vehicle stolen. Definitely don't even think about using this company they don't know how to run a business and do no answer after taking your car and money. All we need is the vehicle to be delivered as promised but they keep lying especially lynette in the office she owes everyone and says oh I'm looking into this nothing after 3 weeks if hundreds of calls.

Horrible company to deal with. My car was scheduled to be delivered 3 weeks ago. Still no car. Hardly replies to phone calls, texts or emails. Waited at the delivery address with my family for 6hrs when they said it be there sometime that afternoon. That was a week ago. Still no contact and no car. DON'T SHIP WITH THIS TERRIBLE JOKE OF A COMPANY!!

There was no zero star option. Otherwise I would have given that.Stay clear of these people.Carriers beware.Somebody should inform the authorities about this fraud company.

This joker isn't even based out of Edmonton. Based out of Ontario and has horrible service. Could not deliver my car. He just lied to me about where my car was. Lied on several occasions. I had to track my car down myself and arrange other shipping. He promised shipping in a week but a week and half in my car hadn't left the originating city. Andy Leeds racked up a big bill for storing my car. He said he would pay but that was a lie. Google Andy Leeds and automoves for multiple similar reviews.

We have an outstanding invoice date April 2015!! We are still waiting for payment. I have tried to call Automoves and Andy Leeds for months however no will call me back. Please Andy Leeds or anyone with Automoves call me.

Definitely not recommending to use Automoves.caDelivery took an extra month, they charged us extra then the agreed price, vehicle was damaged and items were missing.Called and emailed for several months for compensation or explanation and until today no reply from them.

One star is not even an option, they should get 0 stars. A friend of mine hired them and they DROVE the car from Alberta to BC rather than putting in on a truck. And to add to that, they got a ticket that SHE had to pay for.

I did a load for them in Sept 2022, They did not pay me for that load. Now, they blocked my numbers.If you are a trucking company, please do not haul loads for them because they will not pay you.Even they are not based out of Edmonton, They don't have office in Edmonton.DO NOT HAUL ANY LOAD FOR THEM.

This company is a fraud!!!.Beware and don't fall a victim like us.I contacted this company for car shipping outside of Canada through Andre and Lynette. The lady Lynette" directed me where to drop of my car(Edmonton) for onward shipping to the destination via Toronto. I did sent the car on Dec. 29

Automoves helped deliver my Sprinter van from Toronto to Edmonton. Most companies I called could not accommodate my request as this van has a high roof. Automoves was able to offer a reasonable rate and deliver within 10 days of booking. Saved me from having to drive it acrossCanada in winter.
