As a Disabled person I find that Dr. Rassam and two of the hygienist (Priyam and Crystal) are very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to understanding disabilities and individual needs. They have treated me with kindness and dignity. I would recommend these three individuals for disabled people. Some of the others need to be more educated in regard to disabilities.

Worst dental service I've ever experienced. I've had appointments cancelled 4 times in a month. Dental hours for hygienists or Invisalign appointments are not accommodating.

The dentist I had was great, but unfortunately the front desk staff are difficult to deal with. I’ve asked numerous times that if they call during my work day, they leave me a voicemail but this has continued for well over a year. They call and don’t leave messages and one of them always seems to speak down to me if she calls. One time I couldn’t answer during my workday, so one of them called my husband during his workday, instead of leaving me a message, and asked him to tell me to answer as she was trying to fill a cancellation. The hygienist I had the last time picked at my fillings and said she was trying to chip off a couple rough edges the dentist hadn’t smoothed out enough for her liking, instead of asking him to smooth them out. It felt like she was going to break the fillings. I gave 3 stars because the dentist I had was great- especially if you have anxiety, but my experience with the rest has not been. I’ll be going elsewhere.

My Son, David was feeling a little nervous before his cleaning but Sarah used her usual charm to calm and distract him. He left the office feeling confident and happy. Thank you for making it such a smooth experience!

Everyone is very friendly and courteous. The Dawson Dental North team is amazing! They truly care about their patients. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely my top pick!

My name is Wilfried and I have been a client at Dawson Guelph North’s office for over 10 years. It is amazing how fast time goes, but something has remained the same over the years at Dawson. That is the great dental care, the great and unique staff which bring lots of happiness and joy to the place; friendly and welcoming but also great at what they do! Great staff like Sabrina, Ruth, Crystal, Tania, and many more (I am not great at remembering names, but all the staff I have interacted with over the years at Dawson Guelph North have been Amazing)! Excellent dentists, my current dentist “Dr. Rassam” is very thorough, professional, explains what she does, as well as the treatment plan. With Dr. Rassam, you will always feel well-informed and comfortable, but more importantly she is really good at what she does!! The office & dental working stations are always very clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the use of state-of-the-art technology. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of dental care!

I had a 14:00 appt today. Due to a change in my circumstance it became inconvenient to keep. I phoned Dawson and asked if I could come earlier. They informed me that no earlier appt were available. They called me back half hour later to inform me they foundRoom for me so they obviously put some effort into making me happy. This type of service is pretty standard at Dawson making me a very loyal patient. I have recommended them to numerous family members

I have only had great experiences at this dental office. All of their staff is friendly, well trained, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend going here!

I have had some dental procedures done by Dr. Hannoudi and his capable assistant Wajiha. In my seventy+ years, I have never had a dentist so committed to the dental well-being of his patients. Dr. Hannoudi is one of the most decent human beings I have ever met, very respectful and pleasant --a true professional. Furthermore, I am amazed at the quality of his work. I am very grateful for what this doctor has done for me.
