Ive been a regus user for sometime, however, I rented for a board room from here and it wasnt equipped with anything! They tell you that they have the basic of a functional boardroom...What makes it worse... recpetionist are awful! They dont greet people well and they embarrassed me infront of my clients by blantly telling me in my board room infront of my guests you know each mug of coffee is $5 each. Right?" Obviously i know and why make my clients feel like it has become a trouble to do business there.You cant expect the receptionists to have any understanding of other peoples business."

Its a good location, conveniently located near the bus terminal. However, entrepreneurs should be wary of the strong arm tactics of Regus Brampton. Regus will lure you in with a low monthly rent but at the time of lease renewal will hit you with an exponential rent increase.I am their tenant and my rent is poised to increase by 17 percent at lease renewal for 2017. I am lucky that I have 11 months to renew the lease and as such have ample time to find another office location, but, if your lease is going to expire soon and you are hit with a 17 percent rent increase, chances are you will succumb to the pressure tactics and sign the lease for another year.This strong arm tactic of Regus, then begs the question, do entrepreneurs really want to get lured by the low initial rent only to incur exponential rent increases later. The rent increase will leave you as an entrepreneur no choice but to relocate and incur extra charges while doing so.My advice to potential tenants - do the math and be very careful when renting from Regus. No point in renting from them and moving shortly thereafter.

Receptionist there has no manners. She has no communication skills. She’s worst human I’ve ever met.

Customer service at back end is very bad. They expect to collect rent on time but for any refunds they don't follow their timelines as they would like to keep the cash flow with them.

Best place to work for your office, neat and clean place, staff is good and friendly nature,,, safe place for us

I haven't seen such a unprofessional treatment when you are contacting them for availing their services. I was in talks with their National Sales Manager for getting their service and the responses which received were really unprofessional, where they really seems they don't want customers and can talk rude with customer. If you are talking when a potential customer is willing to avail your service, it can be assumed that after sales service would be more pathetic. I would recommend not to go with Regus. STAY AWAY WITH UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.

Please be careful when sign contract with Regus. They don't do their job properly , all they do is sweet talk and keep you stuck in contract. I signed contract with Mirella Regus Sells rep , she works at brampton location and she provided me worst service. i got $ 800 extra charges when i called their help desk and her no one helped and keep sending collection bills. From My Experience i will suggest please please do not sign up with Ruges. Save yourself its very tricky company and . I requested supervisor call backs couple of time no one called me back for resolve $800 issue. Worst service every i received in my life.

Friendly receptionists greeting as you get off the elevator, to have you check in for your appointment(s). Free of charge hot beverages like coffee or tea, and of course water available. Public restrooms available on the floor, and are well maintained. 2 meeting rooms available for rental, as well lobby with seating area for guests waiting. 2 on-site nooks/cubicle stations for Regus gold members, and or guests to use as needed. One computer provided and available also, for minimal use as required.

Great business concept. Offices are clean, building is well-kept and the receptionists are helpful. I have visited several businesses in the building on several occasions and my experiences have always been good ones. Great shared office space.
