Modcom IT Solutions were able to recover the data off of my MacBook that had a hard drive issue and they were able to upgrade the storage too. They completed the services very quickly and they charged a great price as well. Allan was the senior technician and Apple expert who was very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their computer services to others especially if you have issues with your Apple products!

Spent 40$ diagnosis fee & waited for an entire week only to find out that they could not fix my laptop. They never contacted me during the process. Had to call them to get updates.Okay maybe the diagnosis was acceptable, but you should at least let me know that you couldn’t fix it as soon as you could. I then got a free diagnosis in another store and received detailed info & suggestions the next day.

Called a few places for replacing my MacBook screen. This was the only shop who told me he has the screen in stock. I read them my model number and year of make and all the info and they with confidence said they have it and it will take 30 mins to replace.I got there, he didn’t check anything, just said it will take 2-3 business days. I told him I need it for next day and he said he will try. Next hour he called me saying he doesn’t have it in stock and the price from 300 jumps to 570 because he has to order it for me.Do yourself a favour and don’t go to this liar!Reply to his reply:He’s lying! He asked me model number, serial number for verification, and a few stupid questions like the size and year of the laptop (already in the model number and serial number)He told me they have it for my laptop and he can fix it in 30 mins
