I was quite disappointed when we stopped at the Lakeville HD to purchase leather gear. We were the only people in the shop and we were completely ignored. When we did approach one of the sales people if they had a jacket in a different size he replied “no”. And walked away. We walked out and drove to the Faribault HD shop where they were more than happy to help us.

Walked in the other day to test ride a Low rider ST. Walked around the sales floor and was completely ignored. Not a single person asked me if I needed help. I’ve purchased four Harley Davidsons, one from this dealership. Only time I’ve had a bad experience was with this dealership. Bought a 2019 Street bob a few years ago. Rode all the way home to find out they overfilled the oil and it was leaking the entire time I was riding. Go to see the folks at Saint Paul Harley Davidson. They actually know there stuff in there. Waste of time going all the way to Lakeview to be ignored.

They will happily sell you an every expensive motorcycle that will break down every single year and then it will take the shop 3 weeks just to be able to look at it. All said, you will get to ride the bike about 2 weeks every year due to a combination of weather and mechanical problems. Extra star for still looking good while bleeding oil all over the garage.

Really great little dealership for sure. Rheanna in the MotorClothes area is awesome! She found some things we'd been looking for and was super helpful and happy. They've got some phenomenal looking bikes on the floor and the pricing is pretty reasonable for the area from I've been seeing. We're not from this area but we'll make this a regular stop when we come through for the service we got today!

Service department is a JOKE! I recently purchased a HD road king and wanted to get it looked over to ensure it was safe and ready to ride. After 3 weeks of them having the bike I had to call to ask the status and was told it was done. They did nothing to the bike I requested. No Front pads, 10k service, stereo troubleshooting. They simply wrote what it needed on the work order when I picked it up. They didn’t bother to contact me BTW about anything stated. Asked them to troubleshoot an issue on the bike, explained it twice to them and they simply stated “we can’t fix something if we don’t know what’s wrong with it”on the work order. I can understand that if the said component is working at the time but it wasn’t working and I told them exactly what was happening. I thought mechanics trouble shoot issues and didn’t just write them off. Don’t waste your money or risk your safety by having this shop touch your bike.

Diego at TCHD listened to my desired look as well as performance and was able to properly guide me through my purchase experience. There was zero pressure to purchase within a specific timeframe or a specific bike. My visits were self guided with Diego showing me all of my options.
