Good Big Nice fermented and marinated products are something to try! I’ve never had anything like it before. The Kraut, carrots, and kimchi are all delicious! Pro tip: if the sour pickles are available grab a few jars! Also special note, the owners are very nice people who put lots of love into their products.

Their products are so unique, you won't find anything like it anywhere! Everything they produce is organic and sourced locally here in Quebec.... I am a regular customer, you should be too.... They put their heart and soul into every bottle they make!

An absolute must if you love to discover new foods AND if you love fermented foods! I Ordered a Special Holiday bundle (Nappa Kimchi, White Kimchi, Crunchy Spiced Carrots and Russian Kraut) and I am pleased to say I've found a new level of enjoying them as comfort foods! I even find myself eating any of the above straight out of the jar ! Generous amounts in each jars and Quality products, from friendly and peppy owners! You have to look for their products in Plateau-Area (Montréal) markets !

I absolutely love the fermented products from Good Big Nice. I had wanted to get my hands on some of their food for a long time through the catering business, but then of course, I moved to working from home, and it no longer made sense. So when they came out with their jars, I immediately made a few purchases. I ordered as Christmas presents as well. It made for the perfect, thoughtful, sustainable, and delicious gift! The fact that they are so environmentally conscious is a huge plus. They are quite unique.
