Miller Hughes Ford

My father brought in his 2014 ford fusion for a recall. When he picked his vehicle up, the engine cover was missing. When he asked where it was they said they didn’t know and that they could not replace it as they do not make them anymore.My question is how do you lose a customers engine cover and not reimburse them. This place is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to ford dealerships, and I will never bring my car or purchase one from them ever, And I would like to warn anyone in advance if you take your vehicle there check it before you leave, they are thieves.

I went to Miller Hughes to buy a 2022 F-150 with a Black Appearance Package. Although I didn't end up buying a vehicle from them as the payment was a bit out of my price range, I felt that the sales manager went out of his way to try and get me the best deal he could, as well as explained all of the pricing in detail. I still may purchase a vehicle from them in the future, as I found that they have a very honest and straight forward attitude. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Professional and friendly staff. As a female they didn't talk down or do any mansplaining. The courtesy shuttle was delayed and the service manager dropped me off at work himself so I wasn't late for work.

I have had a pretty lengthy relationship with Miller Hughes. One new Ford, a new Lincoln, and a couple of used cars, and I've always been treated well. Shawn, Shane, Molly and Matt in sales were instrumental in making the transaction for our new Corsair, a seamless one. Shawn (the dealer principal) actually presented an option we wouldn't have otherwise considered, but after looking at the numbers, we reconsidered, and are quite delighted we did, as we've saved thousands, and are thoroughly enjoying the Corsair. Shane provided an excellent and professional delivery experience, and helped us make the learning curve, far less steep. His product knowledge has helped to really enhance our enjoyment of many features we might not have discovered right away. The people of Miller Hughes are wonderful. After my older truck died, I looked everywhere for a good used truck and saw one online at Miller Hughes which is and hour and 40 minutes from my house. I emailed on a Sunday and was shocked when I received a reply since the dealership was closed. Richard Tessier answered all my questions and gave me his cell phone number and I drove there Monday morning to see the truck.
