Lonsdale Place Veterinary Clinic
Full Disclosure. Dr. Anne Irwin is my sister in law but, long before she became my sister in law, she was looking after our beloved family pets and is now Rosie, my dogs's, Vet. Dr. Irwin is a wonderful person which is reflected in the way she deals with her patients and their owners. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, she is extremely compassionate. Lonsdale Place Veterinary Clinic is light and airy and very welcoming and it's comforting to know that there is parking and level access available behind should Rosie (or I) ever have mobility issues and require it. Though not as conveniently located for me as their former location, I won't hesitate to drive that much further so that Rosie continues to receive the quality of care that Dr. Irwin has always provided!

Our family of animals,…cats, then dogs, have been going to Dr. Irwin for almost 2 decades now. Our little creatures have always felt so comfortable with her.Even our crazy cat Suzie and our chihuahua Nana who were skittish, paranoid and very nervous to go to the vets for a visit, changed after meeting Dr. Irwin.She is so gentle, kind, extremely knowledgeable and honest with her recommendations and best procedures for our pets.We moved off the North Shore 6 yrs ago to Langley, Even though it is much further away to see her, we have still continued to see Dr. Irwin. Dr. Irwin took great care of my senior dog during her last years of life. She always provided thorough advice and course of action in the most humane and loving way. I can’t thank her enough for her empathy and for helping Mokka and I make the most out of our time together.

Great experience with amazing staff! Very clean and modern facility. The veterinarians are incredibly knowledgeable and up to date with their practice. Answered all of our questions thoroughly. Very cheerful and welcoming environment which was especially helpful for our dog who is quite anxious. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my two little dogs to Dr. El-Hinn for years and I’m so glad this fantastic new clinic is finally opened! Dr. El-Hinn always take a great care to my babies and follow up with all the details after appointments. The staff here is warming and welcoming, answering every question with patience. Definitely recommend this place for family vet or surgeries!

Dr.Cathy is the best! She is extremely professional and personable. You can tell she really cares about your animal and very sympathetic to our situations. She also speaks mandarin which is very beneficial for my parents as well. The front staff is also incredibly friendly. Great clinic!

After calling multiple other clinics, the team at Lonsdale Place was the only clinic that was able to get my cat Dennis in for an appointment right away. Dr. Irwin was extremely friendly throughout our visit and possesses a vast wealth of knowledge surrounding animals. I will absolutely be bringing Dennis back for future visits!

Fantastic new clinic! Dr. Irwin is wonderful, she's been our vet for years and takes the time to listen and explain everything we need to know. She's been incredibly kind and empathetic when situations get difficult, I can't say enough good things about her and the rest of the team.

This is a great new clinic! All the doctors and staff are very warm, friendly and professional. Dr. Cathy recently cared for my dog and was very patient in answering all our questions. It is very comforting to know how much this team cares about their patients. Highly recommend!
