I was thinking of upgrading my phone, but wasn’t sure about it.Started talking to Mustafa Yelli and my decision was made up almost in an instant!I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and more than anything, the patience he had to explain everything to me, starting with the price and features of the new phone.I am extremely impressed and grateful to have met Mustafa!Great service!

Brandon helped me and he was so easy to work with! We have a share everything plan with 3 people and he was able to navigate what plan would be best for us. He was able to look through promotions being offered and calmly, clearly, and fairly work through it with us. There was a shop down the hall where we were able to get cases and screen protectors.

I want to give a special mention to the associate that helped get my wife's phone working again. He was friendly,personable and very professional. Management take note - he's a real tribute to the company and deserves both a raise and a promotion!

Brought a new phone quick and easy at March 20, then next day stole my info and add insurance plan I've never agree at other North York store.

The experience was okay. Season which is one the employees didn't really help me resolve problem directly. He asked me to call Roger's customer service but I came there to get help from the people working there. Luckily there was another employee named Mickey and he assisted me and fixed my problem directly. Next time I come I want direct service not phone.

Dear Customer Service Team,I am reaching out to you to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had when attempting to return a phone that I had got from your company. I had got a new phone, but I found it hard to use and was looking to return it within the return date, as stated in your company policy.However, when I inspected the phone before returning it, I discovered that there was a minor scratch on its body. I understand that this may have violated the return policy, but I believe that this issue could have been handled in a much better way by your team. Instead, I was informed that I would not be able to return the phone or receive any refund.I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received in this instance. I was hoping for a more empathetic and accommodating response, particularly given that the scratch was minor and did not affect the phone’s functionality in any way.As a loyal customer who has been with your company for many years, I expected better service and a solution that would have been satisfactory for both parties. I believe that my request for a return could have been handled with more professionalism and flexibility.Thank you.

I had an excellent experience with this location. I highly recommend Mustafa Y. - go to this representative and you wont be disappointed. Knows what he is doing, he knows the products and is good at doing his job. I found him very helpful and patient. We did a plan change, employee benefit pricing, trade in and tablet with cellular. The process takes a while but it was great working with Mustafa. I highly recommend friends and family to give business to him!

Bryan, the Manager of Rogers in the Promenade Mall was extremely helpful when we went to the store last evening, to have my phone SIM card updated. He was fast in delivering all we asked for and we were very happy with the customer service provided to us. Thank you Bryan!
