The Pink Poodle Pet Spa

I’ve been going to pink poodle with my toy poodle Winston since we got him as a puppy for over a year ago, we have been at least 12 -15 times and have always had wonderful professional service.Winston always looks clean & cuteTonight he feels better and seems much happier and refreshed after being groomed- highly recommend Amanda and Edgar :) see you next month !

We have been here 3 times. First time , it was great, second time Amanda did not do her and she was a hot mess. We did not complain at this time and took her elsewhere. Finally Haysie had this last appt. When we picked her up, she was very upset and has been very tender since. Amanda told me that her tail was matted and it took time. I said no problem and maybe we sure brush her more but Amanda said it was only her tail. Haysie’s head and face had not been done the rest of her looked uneven. Friends who saw her after Thought we had clipped her. Amanda’s response to this complaint was quite rude and defensive. She said Haysie was so horribly matted, that was all she could do. This conversation did not end well. I had little expectation at this point and resolved once again never to return!

Excellent service from Amanda and Edgar for our Golden. She is very anxious in new surroundings and doesn’t like blowdriers ( or groomings), but they took the time to do multiple non groom visits to acclimatize her to the environment and to get to know her before her first grooming as well as introducing her to the routine. Her subsequent groomings have been fantastic and she always comes back looking ( and smelling) like a million bucks. I’d recommend Pink Poodle to anyone looking for a professional and caring spa for any of their fur-babies!

Amanda was absolutely wonderful and did a beautiful cut on my 98 year old Grandma's old dog, Jake. Jake is a cranky old guy but loves a good groom. When I picked him up he was ready to leave, but he was relaxed and so happy and full of energy when we got home. Amanda did a perfect cut for his breed, despite my only directions being that we want him to look cute and his hair to be short. He was clean, soft, his ears had been cleaned out properly, and she told me about any issues without judgment (he hates his nails being done and they were long, so he needs to come in more). They do free nail trims for their clientele. Jake has a cyst and lots of little bumps and lumps, and she did not cut any of them, despite giving him a short cut. She did not use any weird powders or anything so his coat was lovely. We're so grateful to have found Amanda and her partner, they have a nice comfortable little spa for the dogs, are cage free, and very reasonably priced. Their pricing is listed in Spa, on their website and Facebook, and it's very easy to book something online. They also have online communication, so I was able to give insight into Jake prior to coming. They are booked up a little bit, which tells you they are good at their craft, but worth the week long wait. They take debit/credit and cash. I will be continuing to use The Pink Poodle, and would definitely recommend using their services, as they are amazing at what they do!

Experienced, professional, caring groomers. Amanda and Edgar are knowledgeable in show and pet trims of all breeds. They are wonderful with dogs of any age including young puppies and seniors. I highly recommend The Pink Poodle Pet Spa!

In the past I've recommended Amanda and Edgar as I've showed alongside them and have witnessed firsthand how well they present, groom and look after the dogs in their care.I now am able to recommended them from a client perspective. I have a new puppy that I have been struggling to get her nails done. She is hesitant when meeting new people and they took their time while she became more confident around them. They always do a great job of managing our golden doodles.She is always professional and courteous.She knows her grooming and has many awards, you can trust her with your dearest friend. Janet's skills are well known and has been a go-to person for grooming.Their cuts are consistently cute and she listens to my requests. She is very accommodating for appointments and works around my schedule.Her business is well kept, seasonal, and attractive.Give her a call, you won't be disappointed.

We and our fur babies love Amanda and Edgar and look forward to our spa days! We have show dogs and they know their breeds and how to have them look their best. Can't find more loving groomers, so glad to have them so close by.

Great experience. Very reasonably priced. They truly enjoy working with the dogs and that tells me a lot about the atmosphere once I leave.
