Ordered two chin rest grooming arms and leg covers. They were easy to deal with and shipped quick. Items arrived to US quickly as well

In January, 2018, I ordered 2 tables from this outfit. When they arrived, they were different - one had white legs and the other had black legs. Considering the amount of money I was paying for these tables, I wanted them to be identical. I telephoned them and they indicated that they did not have any stock at that moment. I had to wait several months for a phone call indicating the item was now in stock. I was not able to use the original table as I knew I would be returning it. It took me several months to return it - at my expense. When they received it they called to tell me they were shipping the identical table finally and wanted my visa # - they expected me to pay the shipping - AGAIN. I said NO and after some discussion, they relented. When the table arrived the top was different from the original table. I called them again - they refuse to help and assist or rectify this problem. Some of you may think that it really doesn't matter if both tables are identical but I do not think so. I ordered two tables at the same time and paid handsomely for them and I want them to be identical. Unfortunately I was told to stick it. Before you order any products from this company you need to know that they do not have a robust customer service program and frankly they don't give a damn.
