I have been going to them for over 5 years years now. Each time I was dealt with professionally,. The staff is knowledgeable and I would have known if they weren't being a former Assistant Head Nurse/Staff Nurse of 25 years. They were always friendly and courteous.I had trouble finding the right type of mask for when I had to start using my CPAP machine for the very first time. It took weeks of trying every type of mask but they were always very patient and encouraging with me and I greatly appreciated that.I have never had a negative experience going there.

Treated like a second class citizen. Was in the states 10 days ago rules now are after 5 days you can go anywhere. But medi gas Kingston. Minus 22 out and stand at the door outside for 15 minutes as they slowly get my stuff and ring it in.

Both Ted and Melissa were extremely helpful to me, I had received poor service at Kingston Oxygen but these lovely people dealt with my issue even though I had not purchased my machine with them, they are some of the best. I have moved my business here to MEDIGAS as a result.
