The in person and telephone manners of the staff is profoundly rude and impolite. They speak to clients poorly especially the intake indian lady can’t remember her name.. they don’t have compassion at all. Positions like these where they are the first point of contact are not for rude individuals such as the receptionist and indian intake worker who checks vitals

Dr. Ali is a very compassionate doctor she is thorough and spends time with her patients to explain everything she is a great Doctor and we are so lucky to have her as our cardiologist. The staff is also very friendly and helpful it is a pleasure to deal with them all.
