4 months of trying to get Lisa and her team to respond and take me on as a client to simply sell a property to a friend of mine. She took several vacations, kept telling me she had other files ahead of me, kept saying she would call back in a few weeks and kept disappearing. When I complained to her about the poor service, she told me I could take my business elsewhere if I preferred. I had already invested a lot of time chasing this lawyer down so I chose to focus on my results rather than the principle of ensuring that a service provider doesnt mistreat their customers...I was wrong...she disappeared once again. I will not use her....I do not recommend using her....I do not recommend even bothering to complain to her because she doesnt seem to care about clients. Maybe its because she does hundreds of small ticket transactions that she doesnt value any one of them....in any case....you're better off finding a lawyer that responds. What happens if there is a problem? Good luck contacting Lisa...she's probably on her 12th vacation of the year.
