My mother was one of their first customers. She loved their service and they were very kind to her. They specialize in higher end vehicles and took great care of my mother's 2001 jaguar xj8. It is still in great running order and will continue to take it there until I sell the car.

Very fast service. Had an issue with my truck just before heading out of town for work. Called them in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in and fix it the same day. The guys were great to deal with as well.

I have not used Hesp yet. But I phoned in to get some details on getting a potential car inspected that I was thinking about buying.I spoke with Alistair and in our brief conversation he was honest and very knowledgeable. He provided me key info and even gave me suggestions on this buying my first car journey. He advised not to get the car I was looking at based off the info I gave him - when he could have just taken my money and told me to come in whenever.Thank you so much Alistair! I will def come to you once I found the right car!

The best auto shop in the lower mainland!! As a woman, POC and owning a luxury vehicle I was worried about getting overcharged. I called every shop in the area and no one would take me. HESP Auto took me in, gave me a loaner vehicle for FREE and took care of my bad coolant leak in one day. Everyone had turned me down. If you’re ever unsure about taking your vehicle in somewhere, please go to HESP auto. The nicest owners with a clean and beautiful shop. I fully trust them and will be back to get regular services with them. They also charged me more than half the price of what other shops quoted me!!

Not bad. On par with other mechanics in the area. Their up charge for parts is reasonable, labour charge is on the higher side of normal. Their tire prices are not competitive, and labour times are a tad high. Outside of Range Rover I think there are competent less expensive options out there. Good place for your Rover though.

My 2016 Range Rover's engine unexpectedly died and needed to be replaced. I went to several places in search of a solution. Alastair went above and beyond to help fix my car in a short period of time and made several other improvements to my truck, all under what he originally quoted. HESP provided phenomenal customer service and they have tons of knowledge and experience with Range Rovers. Thanks for the excellent service Alastair and Jack. You guys rock!

Awesome experience.Following an 11k mile road trip the engine on my 1995 Range Rover Classic decided it was time to give up the ghost.Alastair went above and beyond to support the engine swap as well as identified multiple other weak points that we could address.He's been amazing in post work support, and just an all around great experience.Can't recommend Hesp Automotive enough!

The service I received today from Hesp Automotive was outstanding. They were busy, yet did diagnostics, kept me updated and replaced small parts that were needed. Had my car back in a few hours. Glad to have found them in the neighborhood!

These guys are amazing! Always take care of my vehicle and don’t over charge. They recommend work that may need to be done in the future but don’t push to get work done if it is not needed.
