What a transformation! Seth and Justin cleaned 5 years of grunge off a heavily trafficked rental unit in our commercial retail space. They pulled up paint, marker, old stains, and the dirt that’s been tracked in over the years, saving us the expense of having to recarpet the space. A professional experience from start to finish. We will definitely be using them again.

They Cleaned all the wall to wall carpeting in my house on August 30th. the total charge was $206. The next day after all the carpeting had dried I noticed the carpeting was not cleaned and all the soiled areas looked the same as they did before they cleaned them. I called Seth and told him what a bad job that was done on my carpets. He said he would come out to check them out. I called him on the day he was going to come out to check the carpeting and he kept asking me over and over what the carpeting was made of and who cleaned my carpeting before? I had no idea who cleaned My carpeting before because my husband Always took care of it. I also did not know what the carpeting was made of either. I kept telling Seth this over and over and over and he ended up hanging up on me I have not heard anything since....

First time using Magnolia Carpet and I could not be more pleased. Seth and his tech did a very thorough cleaning on our carpets. I love how they took their time on a stain we had to ensure we were happy with the result! Timely, professional and dog friendly! We will be using them again!

Was highly disappointed since this company came recommended. Called to schedule and appointment and was give a quote of $150-$175. Set up a cleaning for 9:00 a.m. Day of service was over 30 minutes late and I had to call to see where the tech was. I understand traffic and accident, but I should not have to call! Once he arrived he began to literally measure every square inch of carpet and came back with a price of $233!!! Keep in mind our carpet is 1 year old and we have to clean it yearly to keep our warranty. If we did not need it cleaned that day I would have canceled and called somone else. The clean itself was basic but again carpet is basically new. If you use them, be prepared to pay way more than what they quote. They never offered to come out and quote either. Not worth the money!!

These guys are literally the best. They fit us in on short notice when putting our house up for sale and we had a major issue with pet stains/odor in the front room. He came out and put in 3x the effort the last company we used did. The carpets ended up looking so good that our real estate agent feedbacks from people viewing our home included immaculate" and "meticulously maintained" all thanks to Seth!"

Cleaned all our carpet, tile floors, and area rugs. Amazing job! Very detail oriented! Great customer service. Better job than any other company we've used.

Our immunocompromised son was briefly coming home from the hospital and our cats destroyed our carpet for the five weeks we were not home. When we did come home to check on them over the course of the five weeks, we did not have time to spot clean the carpet so many of those stains sat for a long time.They did a phenomenal job as usual! Our carpets look brand new again. They go above and beyond, moving furniture and being extremely respectful of our things. They are very detail oriented.Their customer service is amazing. I called the owner, Seth, to schedule an appointment for them to come out and explained the situation about our son. He squeezed us into his schedule last minute and worked late in order to get the job done.We have gone with other companies in the past, and they do not even compare to Magnolia Carpet Cleaning with their customer service or quality of work. The owner of Magnolia Carpet Cleaning came out and did a fantastic job on our carpet that our sick cat had messed up.It looks like it was just laid down yesterday as new carpet.Thank you for such a great job. We appreciate you.

Prompt, professional and very thorough! We had Magnolia clean all of our family room furniture and four bedrooms of carpet, as well as our heavily trafficked stairway. They even came back a second day free of charge to address some pet odor that remained in one room after the damage of three puppies. I could not be more happy with this service and will definitely use them again.
