Glover International Trucks

Took my truck in for warranty work (oil leak on front engine cover) and they discovered that rad was leaking after removing the cooling pack (rad, intercooler, and oil cooler). I supplied a new rad as I could get it much cheaper elsewhere. Even having the cooling pack on the floor, they still charged me three hours to replace it. Their own tech even told me that it would only take half an our. I could've done it in less than three hours with hand tools. That said, Parts and Sales have treated me fantastic. Doubt Service will be getting much of my business ever again though.

Parts department is awesome to deal with. Especially Ian and Nada, they can make miracles happen.

Had the air charger line break and showed up there at 5pm and they got me fixed and back on the road in 30 min flat. They are the best

I️ visited this facility last week. A very nice new building. The shop has ample room for many large trucks. A very large warehouse & parts dept

Whatever they tell you for expected repair time…triple it and then add a day or two. Then expect to bring your truck back on your next days off to actually have it fixed.They should be ashamed to ask for almost $150/hour. Expensive place to keep all those lights on but I’ve never received service worth $150/hour. The only reason I come here is because of warranty, but once that has run out, I’ll never step foot in this place again. Realistically speaking I shouldn’t be using them for warranty anyway because with the extra down time compared to a shop that actually cares, I would have been better off paying for my repairs and going back to work instead of getting told “We’ll be done tomorrow” for 7 days in a row.Fantastic sales team. I’ll follow Brent (my salesman) wherever he goes to buy my next truck. But nothing I own will ever go back into this shop if I have any kind of a choice

We were driving East on 67th St we were in the North lane their shuttle driver was in the middle lane he move in front of us to get in the north lane as there was a car in front of him so we moved to the middle lane. We then were stopped at a red light as we left the light he cut in front of us to get all the way over to the south lane then called us fn a hole" if he needed to be in the South lane why did he go from the center lane to the North lane and then cut us off to get back over to the south and if he need that he should have slowed down and went behind us there was no traffic to speak of."

Very impressive shop, super friendly staff and competent mechanics. Diagnosed and fixed in a few hours.

Called them on 3/26/20 to book an oil change and grease on my Kenworth T880 and 60 ton RGN trailer. Came in at 7 AM on 3/27/20. It took them SEVEN HOURS to finish the job (oil change/grease on the truck; and grease on the RGN trailer, trandem jeep, and stinger). Including labour and parts, they charged me CAD$1,100 (!). This is the highest I EVER paid for an oil change in my life. When the truck rolled out of the gate, it had the ENGINE LIGHT ON, and I had to go back inside and let them clear the fault code (air got into the fuel system during the filter exchange). The service advisor who drove the truck out of the yard, didn't even notice the CHECK ENGINE light was on., Needless to say, I'm not going back ever again, and I'm going to advise anybody who'd listen to stay away from Glover International Trucks.

Brought a delivery. Receiving staff was very helpful, friendly and quick to unload me. Heated pad in front of the loading door is wicked cool, I know I won't get stuck. Would definitely return to deliver
