The worst insurance company around. They dont care in the slightest about their clients. Do not be fooled by low prices, they dont care at all.

2 year update since Original review:We have been changing vehicles and started shopping around and comparing different places to go with the most affordable for our budget. The others were tempting when compared to our previous vehicle update, until we got the new quote from the Broadbent office! Saving $45 compared to the best other offer and they educated us along the way on different aspects of insurance that were vague to us before. As well as learning about other services like financing/refinancing if your current interest on your loan is high, their current rate is 6.99% if I'm remembering correctly as of Feb/07/2023. So we certainly plan to look into that as one of our loans is 14.68%!! That's huge savings of a year of groceries for a family of 4 over the 6 year finance term! I just finished my renewal for another year and it was a typical great experience like I have had previously. I have always dealt with Tamara and have received very timely, accurate, and knowledgeable service. The other staff have always been pleasant when I have called for Tamara, offering to help rather than have me wait if she was busy.The rates are very fair and I would encourage anybody looking for an insurance provider to give them the opportunity to earn your business.
