King Street Cardiology

Totally disgusted with receptionists customer service skills. I had a 2:00 appointment. It was 3:10 and a man in the office, sitting across from me started having issues, they took him in. I asked @ 3:20 how much longer as I had another appointment @ 4. She said- well you see we have an emergency, can't tell you. Well the emergency happened when you were an hour late already. She could have said @ 1.5 hr into it- folks looks like were a few hours behind, we apologize. She never even apologized. During this time a lady came in and they took her within 10 mins. Needless to say I had to leave.

Please don’t come here.The receptionist is extremely rude, argumentative and unprofessional. She told me to come for an appointment at 8:00am and their office doesn’t open up until 8:30am and then she began to get confrontational with me when I asked how I was supposed to have this appointment slot when the office wasn’t open. She then proceeded to berate me saying “maybe I should call *insert primary care physician’s receptionist’ name*.” Im not sure how that’s relevant. After booking my next appointment she literally flung the appointment card at me this morning. This office never operates on time so it is pointless to have an appointment as they are always 45 minutes to an hour behind.Every appointment I have it seems as if Dr. Cha doesn’t know why I’m there or doesn’t understand his own chart notes. This is frustrating as things that my other healthcare team have said should only take a a few weeks have taken almost a year.Literally go anywhere else.

Great staff ... helping and caring

Receptionist here is horrible! Rude, impatient, ignorant, total disregard for patients point of view. She should be fired. There HAS to be a more qualified person for this job. Disgraceful

Dr Cha and his staff are the best , great reception, great research team . Dr Cha explains things in lay persons terms. I feel confident in their care . I can be anxious at times but they releve my stress.
