Nobody knows what they are doing at this location. I’ve gone in there a Pearl blonde asking for help to get more yellow tone.. and have ended up a bronze copper brunette a few years ago. Recently I went in with a bleached hair color that I felt was too light. After being made fun of by the older lady and told over and over that I needed to tone my hair and do something about it “immediately” because “everyone can tell it looks bleached”, I purchased the toner she suggested and felt like garbage when I left. She chastised me Infront of another client. My hair was a very light blonde to yellow, I actually didn’t mind the color but wanted it softer. Thanks to her terrible advice I toned it and it’s now silver grey. Once again she proved that you cannot rely on the poor advice that’s given fromUntrained and unprofessional staff. You’re better off buying a box of hair color at shoppers. A few of the girls there are here sweet and lovely but I have yet to meet anyone whose got sufficient training in haircolor.

Spoke with manager about hair colour, chose what I wanted, me not being a hair dresser at all and telling this to manager, the manager didn't even sell me the colour, just the creme and told me that's all I needed, went to colour my hair and obviously it didn't change...will not buy from them again.

I entered the completely empty store this evening to buy some shampoo all the while breathing freely. When the girl asked if I forgot my mask, I calmly explained that I have a medical exemption, she then asked me for my letter.She said ‘Mayor Kenny’ told her she could ask for it.I explained to her that ‘my medical profile is absolutely none of your business. A police officer needs to have a warrant to request my personal information, so PREMIER Kenny is wrong’.I will be canceling my Sally account this evening and emailing their head office. Any business that enforces this invasion of privacy will lose my purchases for life.Sorry, but a random 20 year old girl has no right to know my medical information.

Good selection but you should go in there knowing that you want because the staff are useless. My last 3 visits I have had to go on a search for staff to help me I have never been greeted or even acknowledged. My mom asked for root boost and they insisted on giving her dry shampoo saying it does the same thing...If I need to go to Sallys I drive to Calgary. Please train your staff.

I was in your store yesterday. I had severely damaged my nail beds 2 months ago from over filing with a Dremel. I've tried 5 kinds of nail fortifier/ strengthener, rose hip oil and other oils. My nails remained sore and damaged and in 2 months didn't grow at all. The nice lady working sold me Nail Tek4". It's been 1 day and I see an improvement and the soreness and redness have reduced so much. Thank you for selling me this product

Friendly and helpful staff! I had my hair done by a stylist and was not thrilled by the results. Decided to bleach the remainder of my hair myself. The ladies working both told me what I would need and what things I need to look out for when bleaching my hair. And they were right! They told me to check how my hair lightened so I knew what toner to get later, instead of just telling me to buy more stuff. Thanks for helping me fix my hair!

Every time I try to use a gift card there, it takes forever. I went twice this week trying to do the same transaction...both times there was trouble, and the one person in the store told me to come back later. If you're only going to put one person in the store, they need to be authorized to handle all the transactions.

Incredibly rude and inconsiderate staff. I got there well before closing time (5:12 when Google said they close at 6) and was greeted very abruptly by an older lady with shorter brown hair who initially didn't even have the courtesy to open the door to speak to me. She told me through the glass door that they were closed. I said I knew exactly what I needed and would be 2 minutes, in and out. She opened the door, told me they were closed, then immediately closed the door and locked it. No explanation as to the different hours listed. Not even a sorry

Somehow Google thinks this is a Food establishment. Anyways' my wife and I visited this location most as its close to home. The staff Here are always fun to talk to. help with questions about her hair colour needs etc. I somehow end up doing my wife's hair and it's magenta. Yes magenta. Bright flaming red and all. It always turns out so bright I treasure her about being ribald mcdonalds sister. Just kidding. Lots of other options for shampoos' nail polish. Coloring supplies etc. Great place to ahop. Will Continue shopping at this location for sure.
