He did an excellent job not just for the job itself but also for his politeness, professionalism and timeliness. He explained every step along the way and actually showed the process while cleaning the vents. He did not hesitate cleaning every single vent even though some of them were at very hard places to reach. Last but not the least he even found some souvenirs" left to us many years ago from the construction workers :)"
