Am Moving from Calgary and was inquiring Great customer service by ISHIKA! Super helpful !

The townhouses were okay, the yard was small with huge trees above that have giant branches falling constantly on windy days and the tree above my house was never trimmed. I left that house with the yard and the inside of the house much cleaner than when we moved in. We had no holes in the walls and damage to one door that they took off 100 bucks for. But to take a few hundred bucks for vacuuming and the upstairs being dusty" when it was far cleaner than when moving in is just plain scummy. Also there was a big blue stain in the basement rug when I moved in that I got rid of

Update May 16/2022: After the new manager took over, this place has become very discommode. Mailboxes broken into 6 days of the week, neighbors letting children run wild in the hallways kicking walls, banging on doors, screaming, riding/attempting tricks on their bikes in the hallways at midnight, tenants learning new instrument in the middle of the night, trash in hallways for weeks if not months, the train down the street shakes the entire building it feels likes it's going to collapse any day and if you put in a complaint you get completely ignored. It's no longer worth the cost. You can live in something similar for way cheaper, pick any Mainstreet or Avenue Living.Original Post:⭐⭐⭐It's not a bad building overall, it's well kept, very clean, decent staff. I just have a couple personal issues.-It's not a great place if you suffer from a sensitivity to noise. More times than not it's a very loud building ie Fairlight Drive, noisy neighbors, other tenants using the hallways as playgrounds, so on.-If you are allergic/sensitive to pot like I am, it seeps threw the walls and hot boxes my bedroom & bathroom. I have reported this and I was just told that people are allowed to smoke on the balcony. My bedroom & bathroom are not near the balcony.

I love it here! It's nice and quiet and it's almost all families, younger and older. They are great for people who have pets of almost every size! There is a nice little back yard and front yard. Also not many places have TWO parking spot! My husband and I love it and we hope to be here for many years to come!

Since there's nothing but negative feedback, I thought I'd post something positive!I've lived here for 15 months now, and my experience has been mostly pleasant. The current office staff is amazingly helpful! They're always so sweet to my son and I. My rent is a little higher than I'd like, but the safety and security I feel is worth it.In all honesty, yes, there has been issues with cockroaches. The second we saw a cockroach, we went to the office, and they had an exterminator in the next day.I love my little apartment, the building, the people, and all the staff!

I have been renting at Ventana since September 2016. From the initial stages of viewing the apartment to moving in, everything went extremely smooth. The staff were very helpful and understanding. Now that I have been living here for a few months, I have realized that we have an excellent management team who takes care of reported issues immediately. The building is cleaned and maintained regularly, everything has just been an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Ventana Apartment Homes to friends and family, and even to people who are considering moving into this wonderful place.

My family & I have been living here for almost 2 years & have not had any complaints! The staff are all very kind & accommodating. Anytime we need any kind of servicing to our apartment the maintenance men are quick to respond & are always very polite. I have & will continue to recommend Ventana Apartment Homes to anyone looking for a place to call home. :)

I’ve called Ventana home since July of 2019. Since moving in here any time I have an issue they have not only responded promptly but professionally. The staff is wonderful. They genuinely care about the tenants and the space.Continuously they check up on and keep us informed of changes and or emergency situations, they’ve honestly been one of the best places I’ve lived and I intend to stay as long as I am able.

Great place to live, close to schools, parks and Shaw center. The staff is always helpful with any requests I have had. Maintenance even came and helped me hang my T.V.!! I came from another Weidner property outside Saskatoon and the atmosphere was similar.
