Once again I go there late at night, just wanted a coffee, the simplest fastest thing I can order. Waited in the drive through line for almost 20 min, finaly get to the order microphone.. nothing. I wait 10 min.. nothing.. another 10... nothing. People behind me start honking. I try to call out. no one replies. This place used to be efficient but its just terrible. They have to be severely understaffed or management is just that bad. Im done with it. Seems like every single mcdonald on southshore after 7 cant serve anyone under 45 min. Theyre either just doing nothing or focusing more on uber eat orders than customers who show up. Its not just the mascot who's a clown. The employees are too. by the way I never got my order in. I just left. I don't know how much longer they would've made me wait.

Me and my friend got moderate food poisoning from this place last fall. I gave them another chance this week and had another food poisoning. My stomache has been in pain for 5 days now. Never eating there ever again.

Great service. Want to thank the employees for acting so professionally on a certain evening (Sep. 2) when some incredulously uneducated teenagers had the nerve to threaten to sue because a toilet was clogged during the rush hour on a Friday night. Great job McDonald's on not stooping down to their level. Thank you for everything!

i usually order from here everytime during the day and it’s amazing, but i decided to order today at night and i didn’t receive my third drink even tho it was written on the reciept and i got a smaller version of a drink that i ordered in medium.

I ordered breakfast at 11:05 in the drive through. I got fries instead of a potato. I gave it back saying I didn’t want it and the guy said there is nothing he could do. I left having been charged for something I didn’t get. Not only the worst service I ever got at McDo but they basically overcharged me.

A lot of confusion with the touchscreen order boards right where you walk in that print receipts when they want, then you move a short distance to the cashier/ordering/mass confusion area where people crowd and wait for their orders and frustrated other try to order their meals the old fashioned way. Restaurant was somewhat clean but typical of most franchise restaurants today, no one seemed in a hurry to clean the empty tables and sanitize....let's blame it all on COVID lol

It look like remit depot losing control on employees I feel so sad about that I went to exchange an item and I have the bill the lady her name is carol didn’t let me finish explained no what I want the item bought two week before only she said two week I have no right to do nothing since when this happening she didn’t let me talk she left saying bad words and told the other girl to deal with me so sad remit depot so bad with all respect what’s going on with COVID but employees must listen and never disrespect a client this is happening in many remit depot now for some reason .Bring your bottle of wine forget about COVID forget about the world trouble enjoy your time with your loved oneVery nice very good service and awesome food and best prices .Horrible day horrible service with jasmine the manager so bad experience my coffee was free but I was charged anyway good I looked at my email receipt be carful guys from that location you think it’s free but if you setup automatic payment you will be charged . So finally the supervisor fix all issue and redound the money by fixing the error she was so kind however when you have the free coffee on your phone you could be charged anyway .Start your day with MCCafe for better energy, like the employees in that location simply for the smile they give you and positive vibe they have
