Contacted them about ordering some materials from them over the summer. They were really quick to reply with a quote. Ordering, payment and setting the delivery date was super easy.On the day of the delivery, they came at the time they estimated. I wouldn't hesitate with ordering building materials from them again.

Usually the staff in hardware stores are gruff and unhelpful, not at Windsor Plywood in Ucluelet. Jeff and Chris at the front desk have been so helpful and funny. And while this Windsor Plywood has a lot less stock than other stores due to its smaller yard, thus far it has the majority of what I need for my home renos and landscaping projects.
