They took my briefcase to fix its handles. I haven’t heard from them for a while after I dropped it off. When I went back to check with them. I learned they fixed the handle but they broke the bottom. They disgracefully blamed it on me and claim that’s how we dropped it off! Total outrageous behaviour. Not the right place.

Not a great deal of selection and prices . Staff are also rude, I was made to wait around before paying for one bag and then the girl instead of giving me a bentley bag gave me a clear garbage bag to put my new purse in . Awful experience in this store.
