Never received such a bad customer service very rude staff I wanted to use washroom in urgently said clear no even its was vary hard for me to stand if you guys can open a store why don’t you have public washroom if someone is shopping around I was about to shop lot of stuff but I rush off and never gonna go back 0 customer service

Bought 3 boxes of mangoes in the last week(alohonso, kesar and badami). Young man who was showing mangoes to everyone, was doing amazing job. He made sure that we all were satisfied with our purchase. Future is bright for you son. Thank you for your kindness.

Staff is okay but half of the items do not have their prices displayed, it is therefore hard to compare the prices across the brands and even harder to get the prices checked at the front counter every time. Hope they are reading this rectifying this soon!

Visited the store today evening and as compared to other stores the store was neat and clean and the the staff was really helping in finding out stuff.. the lady on the counter is so amiable. She helped in picking up all the heavy stuff as well. Wonderful experience will come back next month.

Bad service with cashier the lady. I was there on Friday 21 April 2023. The lady working is rushing us because she has to catch bus and turned off all lights in store. We didn’t even stay past 8:55. Management needs to really look into this. So many customers left and also anyone trying to come in she is saying do fast we close at 9. But I need to catch bus so have to go early. Never had this experience before. I liked going to this store but the way she was rude & turned off light never will go there. Also if you have to catch bus at 9 dont rush us. Maybe tell owmer to change hours. We drove 30 min from downtown to buy stuff & could not even get what we wanted. She turned off all lights at back around 8:45pm. Management should check camera & see how she is. Bad employee

My favourite place while I was in Halifax. My first visit to this location after moving to Edmonton. Good to see lots of Indian products specially Gujarati Nasta at reasonable price.

I want to share my great experience at bombay spices , quality for all products is really good and price is really affordable . I recommend that everyone should visit store and big thing i was impressed by customer service.

Really happy with my recent visit at this store. These guys really try hard to make stuff available for us from back home. Happiest to see my favourite indian fruit 'Jamun'. All the staff is very helpful. Saw some reviews regarding exp dates, Guys cut some slack for them, Be grateful a little. And start appreciating more. Cheers!!

I had visited the store on 21 June around 5:40pm to buy some snacks n look how much expired items i removed from shelf. That’s their duty but i have to complete it. Before too happen with us a a same thing we bought it, went home n then realise we got expired stuff. So yesterday we checked every product n we got a treasure of expired items plus their many more.. have to go to the council now very poor service
