I coordinated with Kelly for some dessert stands I needed and she was wonderful from the first phone call, to the moment I dropped them back off. She gave excellent service, and was more than helpful. I also loved her friendly and polite demeanor - and professionalism! Will definitely rent from her again whenever I need party gear!! With 4 days until our wedding we discovered our original rental agreement for chairs (from another company) had canceled. The Party Shoppe, and specifically owner, Jamie pulled through. He (Jamie) was courteous, genuine and accommodating. They made it happen and we got our chairs on time for the occasion. Thank you does not justify the gratitude we have for Jamie and The Party Shoppe. Highly recommended!

Kelly at the Party Shoppe is always super efficient with our orders and always gets deliveries out to the most remote places for our events.Orders are always correct and the quality of china and cutlery is great. The new martini glasses are gorgeous!

I spoke with two individuals, one at the St. Catharines site and one in Welland, and both were very helpful. They worked with me last minute to get the chairs and tables we needed and helped set up curbside pick up. They were kind, professional and helpful. I will be using them again if we need tables and chairs.
