Bad service. Everything is fine until you hand over the money. I have terrible finishing on my trailer, I claimed this the first week, we are entering our 3rd season and fixing the problem ourselves.

I totally agree with another review by Steve S. What a joke this place is. Unfortunately, after I bought the trailer, the park informed me that they would never do business with Tyssen because of their terrible service. Well, that was too late since I already bought it. When I needed service, it was either non existent or poor. Please be forewarned.

We went there to see if they had brackets for our trailer awning, as we were camping close by. We needed it asap so we could fix it to drive home. They only had one on the shelves, so they went out to their lot and took them off a trailer out there. We were in a pinch, and to me that says fantastic service!!

One of the most amazing dealer for park model trailer.I just bought one last summer it's 12 by 45, can't complain at all.We have an incident cause by delivery and they were there at no time to resolve the problem to make their customer satisfied.They treat you like a family, which is very special.Specially Jennifer one of a kind.Heather, the owner will do everything to make you happy.You won't be able to find out, just by reading my comments.You have to go and buy one of their trailer.Action speak rather than word. GO and FIND OUT for yourself.

It's not like it used to be. There was a time when I enjoyed doing business with them. No longer responsive to customers, and RV service is a barely an afterthought.

We purchased a brand new Quailridge park model trailer from Pat. He was such a nice guy making the sale until we had some issues with our trailer when it was delivered. I called and called without any luck. I went back to him in Sutton when my calls went nowhere and was told it will be taken care of by him and another time by his wife. The year came and went and was told it will be taken care of at the beginning of the season. I called Quailridge to complain and whey said that they would talk to him or have another dealer come to fix the several issues but nobody ever called. I went to the RV show to talk to him again and was told the same old story just to get me out of there asap. The issues were all covered by warranty only if somebody fixes them. The manufacturer was paying him but he did not have the time of day for us anymore and other suppliers did not want to do it because they did not make the big sale. Pat should be ashamed of himself for making people chase him around for something they are entitled.
