Nice large store with a fairly wide range of products in stock, and can special order many others. However, customer service on the floor is hard to find most of the time.

I have never had so many consecutive horrible visits at any other store in my life. The workers are severely incompetent, 4 different visits to buy a 208L tote, and 4 times multiple workers couldn't find them even though their system says they have dozens. They should be here somewhere

I am really disappointed in how I was treated and profiled at this store by the security. I walked into the store right to the electrical section (Im an Electrician/Electrical Contractor) grabbed what I had seen previously. Then proceeded to another part of the store. I noticed the security following me. But kept walking. I then was browsing at various things and the guy is watching me look at everything. Followed me to another section until I had to say something.No one should be treated like this.Especially a paying Customer.I felt no freedom to browse and was very uncomfortable.

Of the 6 people I Interacted with, 1 of them was helpful.I had to argue with 3, because the website said there were 20 of an item in stock. Nobody wanted to check, just tell me what isle it should be down. Turns out it was on the top of a storage shelf 2 isles over still wrapped up in plastic.At least I was able to buy what I needed, but I had to find it myself.

Friendly staff, love the kids workshops. Always enjoy going to home Depot. My daughter was so excited that she won the raffle she entered with her own money

Of the 3 people that helped us on this visit all 3 were excellent. Home depot has really stepped up the training of employees in the last few years. Younger kid that helped us at the till was hilarious.

Do not expect a good shopping experience. Ordered an shower kit to be delivered. The delivery guys were good bit there were damaged items and another item not in it's original packing. The Homedepot customer experience mangers spoke with the delivery guy but not me. When I went into Prince George to discuss the issues it was frustrating. Homedepot seems to put forth the most minimal effort to please a customer. Cannot get a stair story from anyone. Poorly managed with little concern for the customerContinued,Did try the email address provided by the Homedepot reply which did not work. There was little effort put into this delivery as there was in the reply. Here is how much effort, a 60in wall section with a 48in shower base.

Was just in the store had a couple tool boxs and two fans had a guy following us around turned and asked him are you following us he tried to lie then admitted it when asked why he said the way we looked the white mangers came and tried to basically say he was allowed to profile anyway he wanted I own two companies and my husband is in mining so I guess based on the face we are First Nations and in work clothes we were allowed to be stalked and a scaring my kids. Then I said “shit” and the white mangers asked us to leave

Everytime when i come to switch the trailer i found snow here on dock. Nobody clean it. It is very difficult sometime my truck skids. Nobody care about. If any misshapen happen then who is responsible for it??
