Had a wonderful experience with the food and overall service. Went to go order some Pad Thai from PAI and everyone there was so friendly. Larry, in particular, assisted us with the best option in the menu. Will definitely come back again.

It was an amazing experience. Flight from calgary to Toronto was worth it after tasting this delicious Pad Thai and pad gra prow pork.Thank you to Larry and Anjali for this amazing Experience!!!! We will be coming back for more!

Pai excellent, the favour in the Pad Thai is linked to the spicyness so try to get least medium level of spicy. Also, dishes are layered so they don't share well (ie order your own dish). Tom Yum soup best I've had.

Big ups to Larry and the team at Kitchen Hub. Was in the area and got excited about another Pai location closer to us. Kitchen hub is a great concept...note this location is take out only. We managed to sit outside though at some tables that Larry kindly wiped down for us. His service was amazing as he also hooked our kids up with some freezies.Chicken bites are great! Crispy on the outside, nice and moist on the inside.Pad see eew was tasty and a decent portion!Thanks again to Larry and team!

Love the dishes from Pai! Timing was flawless; I got a text saying the food was ready when I was parking outside the store. Was handed the bag of hot food as soon as I stepped inside. Back home and eating yummy things 30 minutes after ordering.

The owner/manager is very nice but this tech-enabled kitchen for takeout food concept has a lot of room for improvement. Not all the restaurants/selections are available and the quality isn't as good as fresh/dining in but the price is the same. The idea of consolidating variety is good but execution isn't there yet because I would rather dine in or order directly from a restaurant for better quality/options.

Have been ordering Pai from Kitchen Hub for a few years now. The quality of the food is always outstanding, as is the service. My last order I had exceptional customer service from Larry. One of the food options I ordered online wasn't available due to circumstances beyond their control and Larry promptly called to inform me. He also offered an alternative option that ended up being better than the original order.I will definitely keep on coming back.

Larry is the nicest man that works at the front. Helped us order and gave no trouble. This location is not dine in but he tried his best to accommodate for us. Food was very tasty and even better since Larry made us feel welcomed.

Awesome experience and an amazing discovery. Such a clever idea to have kitchens representing some of Toronto's favourites (Cabano's, Impact, Pai and more) all under one roof. Super convenient with a ton of variety, all followed up with excellent quality and customer service. Will be back!
