So friendly and pastries were wonderful

The service was atrocious.The young man serving me was absolutely rude and impatient - he refused to accept my coins and cut bread.

Lorsque je suis arrivée, l'on était pas au courant de ma commande en ligne et on m'a retourné au début en me disant qu'on les avait pas informé de ma commande jusqu'à ce que je vois ma commande au lieu sur un comptoir réfrigéré! Puis, on me dit qu'il y a pas de baba au rhum dans mes mignardises (la raison pour laquelle j'avais commandé à cet endroit) parce que le pâtissier est en arrêt maladie. Mais ce qui m'a poussé à écrire cet avis, c'est en ouvrant la boîte de pâtisseries lors du party de fête, il manquait des pâtisseries en plus de celle de baba au rhum, donc pas assez pour mes invités! J'irais plus jamais.

Très mauvaise expérience c'est tais la fête de mon garçons pour c'est 5 ans jai demander un gâteau de la panthère noir dans les super héros et il me font une panthère noir en animal très déçus pomal surtout le prix que on n'as payer je m'entendais mieux que sa sont vraiment pas à l'écoute des personne des erreur de même c'est pas sensé d'arriver

Pâtisserie sont bonne mais les fromages sont mal entretenus, la plus part sont passés date, la pâte était sec

J'y suis allé à plusieurs reprises, ses pains sont très bons, mais les pâtisseries c'est médiocres ! La dernière fois que j'y suis allé, les pâtisseries avaient peu de goût et une sorte était carrément ratée trop cuite et goûtait le brûlé ! Au prix qu'ont les vend faudra élevé le niveau !

i am writing this because i found out since they change things to Levain the quality haas lowered so much. Even my daughter at her wedding asked for a certain color to be put on the cake and again they put an ugly blue not the one she chose. Lately i ordered my own birthday cake because I love there Butter Cream icing and i wanted a square cake with roses all over the border because like i said i love the icing Anyways i went to go to pick-up my cake i asked to see my cake first i did not get my roses i wanted i even said i will pay the extra cream they ok. Guess what they took off the $5.00 they were going to charge me for the icing then i said look this is not what i wanted I wouldve give them the cake back but my family and kids and grand children were waiting for me to celebrate WOW guess what they took off a total of $11.00 off i got home we started cutting the cake and the cake was not fresh i called them and had to argue even with Mr. Bissonette he wanted for me to bring back the cake saying it could be i put it in the fridge by mistake , humidity anyways all kind of excuses I thought the customer is always right well the young Bissonette has lots to learn i did not gave him the opportunity to give me a hard time again i even bought some tartelette and even some with real cream it turn to powered those were hideous did not taste nothing it will damage the quality of the past Bissonette

I've ordered with them a birthday cake for 2 years in a row, both times they got the order wrong.
