Wow! what a great find. This man actually wears a lab coat and is a master of his craft. A glimpse into a fading art going to this place to get my watch fixed. New battery and a beautiful leather strap and I was on my way for a great price. Highly highly recommend

I took $200.00 watch to Fritz to have the date adjusted. When I came. to pick it up he ask for $160.00! When I told him he could keep the watch for such a rediculus price he accepted $40.00I will never go back

Wall clock mechanism repaired within several days. Professional service and reasonable fees. Fritz also has a good selection of leather watch straps if you are looking for a replacement.

When family heirloom wall clock (few decades old, battery operated) required repairs, a wristwatch shop gave recommendation. While open weekdays, store hours are short compared to other repair venues. In less than hour, had original mechanism replaced and working as new!

Excellent service and pricing, would recommend to anyone. Had a clock my grandfather gifted me repaired, it’s so satisfying to have it working for the first time in years.I later returned after the clock stopped working, my own error in dropping the clock. It was repaired quickly when I arrived, and no further issues.I wish I had more personal clocks to return for more business!

I brought my husband’s Tag for a new battery to Western Watch and was greeted by the lovely Fritz, a master watchmaker from Switzerland. Every other place quoted $40+ but Fritz did it for $25. while I waited for a few minutes. We had a nice conversation while he worked, and I learned some facts about Europe while we chatted. Would recommend this business to anyone. Great people. Support small business!

I needed to have the battery replaced on my girlfriend's watch.I went here fully expecting to wait a week to have it done.To my surprise the gentleman immediately set at it to replace the battery.He explained it took him longer because he had to put back the seal.It took him all of 5 minutes.I highly recommend him!
