I cant get a return call from this place. I understand being busy but to not even return phone calls is ridiculous. I had a haircut here once before and it was fine. Not a special experience or anything. I'll drive the extra half hour somewhere else rather than give this place my business again.

Service was fantastic. Jillian was very pleasant to talk too and would recommend her if you need a hair cut. I would recommend this place to anyone. They been there for years and almost every time I walk in without an appointment, they generally get me seated right away.

I always get excellent service here, and the haircuts are perfect every time! They under charge so make sure to leave a tip appropriate of the service, and not the price.

Aside from Carmen who is reachable via text message I literally could not get aholdOf anyone to make an appt, no return call, never an answer when I would call and finally I had to go into the shop to try to make an appt and I had to contact each person separately as there was no master book and in the end I made an appt in Selkirk

Too bad they don’t return phone calls. They never pick up the phone and forced you to leave a message. Have tried on several occasions to get an appointment but no return call on my messages left. I guess they don’t care about any new clients. I will no longer try. Will go elsewhere. . My time is way too important. But clearly not to them
