Good collection of dresses but awful organization. The size groups are all mixed up and the sales person I saw today didn't want to bother finding you the right size at all. The sales people here have absolutely no skills dealing with children, no interest in helping customers, and make an overall very poor shopping experience for the family and children.

Such a wonderful experience coming to this location. We’ve purchased from Hunter & Shaye before but this by far is our favourite location. The staff here are so helpful, patient and so kind. Alin & Charles are husband and wife and they are the sweetest pair. Thank you Alin for staying past the time you were about to leave just to make sure we were confident in the dress we chose. Alin, Charles, Rachel and Tia. You all are a super team and we are so excited to return to your store again ❤️

I see this store on Instagram ads all the time & decided to check it out as I needed something for my children's photoshoot. Maybe try greeting customers? Acknowledging them or helping them out? Reluctantly spent my money & genuinely thought about returning my items because there is absolutely 0 customer service. Turns out from reading these other reviews I guess they don't accept refunds/returns anyways. Go figure lol.Find somewhere else to shop!

I came to this location tonight to purchase an outfit for my son but I didn’t have him with me so I was unsure what size pants would fit well. Rachel was so helpful to me accommodating my needs, calling multiple stores to ask if they had other sizes for me. Ultimately I purchased the outfit at this location and she reassured me I could exchange it at Bayview Village location for a larger size if needed after my son tried it on. She was very patient with me and knowledgeable. Great customer service. She even explained what shoes would look best and what bow tie would match best. The whole time she gave me her undivided attention even allowing me to show her photos of my son! I really enjoyed interacting with her and would recommend anyone to shop there. She also steamed my bow tie and shirt and pants. My experience was very positive with Rachel and I will definitely be returning. The outfit we chose was intact the right size after all and it looked lovely! I highly recommend this place.

Alin was so helpful and kind in helping purchase my daughter’s communion dress. A beautiful selection of dresses at reasonable prices. I would definitely come back when shopping for something different, special and that stands out! A wonderful customer service experience!

Alin and Huntyr were great help! I love this shop and the collection. One of the few store I can find decent clothes for our toddler (boy). I highly recommend!

It was such a great experience for us. I went in to get my daughters dresses and Alin was so sweet. My daughter was so comfortable!!

Although the store has a beautiful selection of clothing, specifically dresses & suits, and although I have purchased all of my children's sacrament clothing here - I am saddened to say that I will not return after my last experience. I purchased my daughter's communion dress in February (for May). Upon ordering, measurements had to be taken to order the right size. The lady that took the measurements seemed unsure about the size and measuring her in general. When the dress arrived (in April), the dress was 3 sizes too big. I asked them to order in a proper size, and they said they could not even though I offered to pay express shipping. The sales associate (in front of my daughter) stated that it would be a good idea to pick another style of dress as the one my daughter chose looks better on chubby girls". She said this in front of my daughter
