Food came pretty quick! Sandwich could’ve used a few more seconds cooking crisp-wise, but overall very good food and amazing service!

My boyfriend ordered 2 mocha lattes, he said he wanted 2 larges. They gave 2 regulars (smaller than large) so he asked them to remake them *kindly* they remake them but they're not right again, he then again mentioned they were wrong, the employees kicked him out because he asked again for them to make it again and make it right. They didn't hesitate and kicked him out with no refund. Only because he asked twice for them to be made correctly and they were done incorrectly, twice. Figure your stuff out.

Went in & ordered large black - received a large cream & sugar when I’m allergic to dairy products. Went back next day and tried to let them know that I received wrong coffee the day before & she just turned and walked away

When asked for turkey melt this is what I got! A burnt one! Asked for a new sandwich but the lady said that this is how it is made!!! Lost my 6 dollars which is hard earned!!

Very polite and accurate fast. Some cashiers are super polite and smile at you. Others are just trying to get thru the day

For a outfit that built their business on donuts, they sure as hell have absolutely destroyed that experience. The things they sell as donuts are just gross. Tasteless nasty doughy things. Coffee's okay but nothing amazing.It's no wonder this chain is my choice of last resort...and becoming more and more so with every occasional visit. Hard times are coming for these franchises I'll bet...maybe not tomorrow, but when a company forgets about the little things and gets lost in grand ideas...well...anyone remember Red Barns? Ponderosa Steak House? They used to be everywhere as well...just sayin'
