They have awesome deals for fall / 50-60 percent off from top designer clothing / plus has store promotions can get an additional item for cheaper price / the only bad thing is that they have more awesome stuff for women than men so I got my girlfriend,mom and sister a winter jacket at a discounted price.

I didn’t realize I left my wallet behind when I purchased a coat today at the Bay in Banff until I went to pay for lunch at Cascade Plaza. My granddaughter and I raced back in a panic and Sandesh and Frances had put it away. They were both very understanding and kind.I’m so appreciative to both of them!

I went in to buy Estée Lauder skin care, the clerk saw me walk in to the department, but didn’t greet me or come back. To be fair I did find customer service in Banff lacking, normally the Bay cosmetics is very helpful.

I am very disappointed that this historic Banff location will be closing in August. It has so many unique items that are not available at other stores.

This store has everything. Loved shopping for a new wallet and makeup. The lady who helped me with makeup was very knowledgeable and I was able to get great products that suit my skintone. Loved the experience.

We visited Banff and noticed that the store is closing for good, which is too bad.We looked over some past reviews complaining about the service; it seems that the customers" might want to review their own attitude. We had the best experience in this store."

The ladies here are rude. Condensending. Thankfully the sale prices at the moment are good, otherwise stay away unless you want to feel judged and discriminated against.
