I have been purchasing furniture here since I moved back to the island in 2012. My most recent purchase was my couch. Each employee was very attentive too my needs and was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. We had excellent service and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ben Snow provided excellent service and he is quite knowledgeable. We purchased a Serta double bed. We are pleased with purchase and we are happy with the cost and we know the Serta bed will be excellent. We bought one about 7 years ago and the bed is still in great shape. Ben handled everything and he handled it well. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. The bed is being delivered to us next week. We did not go anywhere else as we have bought a number of items at Surplus Furniture and Mattress and we are pleased with all of them.All in all a pleasant experience as always with Surplus Furniture here in Grand Falls- Windsor. Recently bought a couch and love seat. Was perfect service. The price was amazing compared to other stores. They also had a great deal were we got free lamps,coffie and end tables and a area rug. Definitely will be shopping there again.

brought a coffee and end table set 8 months ago..waited 6 months for it and fell apart 8 months later,called and nothing thay can do,paid alot of money for it,,will never shop there again...

Going into this store I wasn’t sure what to expect…but the service was amazing. The two staff members that helped us with our purchase were extremely helpful, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Even tho the mattress that I wanted wasn’t in stock they were able to find me a near perfect match which I am quite happy with. I went in to buy only a mattress but left with a mattress, sofa and love-seat and two platform mattress bases which I am quite pleased with. Their prices can’t be beat. All around very happy with my shopping experience and can only say good things about the staff and store. Will definitely be going back should I need anything else.
