I recently visited this restaurant and ordered vegetarian chowmein, but unfortunately, they mistakenly served me chicken chowmein instead. As someone who follows a vegetarian diet, this was quite disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's important for a restaurant to pay attention to dietary preferences and ensure accurate orders.I had to throw away everything. The staff's lack of attention to detail in this regard was a letdown. I hope they take customer preferences more seriously in the future to avoid such mix-ups.

I went today to moon Wok Aberdeen and left pretty happy. Food was amazing (they are super generous with food) and my server karen went above and beyond making sure I was happy at all times. My friends were super happy with their food as well so we are definitely coming back.All in all, best Chinese Restaurant in Kamloops so far.

We ordered food for delivery and the food was not as expected and they also charged us for paper plates and plastic silverware, we needed them because took the Rocky Mountaineer Instead of chicken fried rice we got chicken white rice, the wontons were not cream cheese filled like they should be and extremely small and the food was WAY over priced

0 Stars - Ordered Delivery. After the estimated delivery time of 60 minutes was almost up, we received a call indicating that it would be another 35 minutes, was that okay…. what do you say to that? It was already 6:00 pm and we didn’t want to start again somewhere else, so fine. We should have started again somewhere else. The Chicken Chowmein had next to no chicken, and very little in the way of vegetables. The chowmein noodles were clumped together, flavourless and burned in placed - not just a little - but black. Oh… and when it was delivered, the delivery guy wanted us to pay again even though for the online order to go through you have to pay online. We had to wait for him to try to get through to the restaurant to confirm that we had indeed already paid for our food and by that time, it was more that a little cold. Never Again!

We had S&S Pork, Almond Chicken, Tofu & Mushroom hotpot, Spicy Squid and steamed rice. The food was good and the service was excellent. Super friendly staff.The Tofu & Mushroom Hotpot was my favorite dish!

Ordered takeout from the hotel beside it. It was really good. Bit too many veggies in the chowmein for me and too much sauce for the sweet n sour pork, but other than that I really enjoyed it. Staff was very polite as well

We've ordered from Moon Wok more times than I can count. The food has always tasted very good but we've noticed that despite prices increasing, the portion sizes have been dramatically reduced. Significantly less of the meats" but worse yet

Had dinner here tonight: the service and food were excellent! Portion sizes were generous. Totally satisfying chinese food.It was slightly hard to find the restaurant's location though and the building/decor is very outdated.

Tried out Chinese food for the first time in Kamloops... this place was highly rated and figured I'd give it a try... the combo options didn't have much variety but figured I'd try the Moon Wok Special for 1... The presentation, prestine... The food was good at first, but got some icy spot telling me that the food was cooked from frozen... The server checked on me a few times but never offered to refill my water, not once, had to call her over to get it refilled.... the atmosphere was great but the seating not so comfortable... 3 star at most... will probably not go back
