Azadeh from Broadway Baby R" Us was wonderful. She walked with me for more than an hour in-store to collect everything that was left from my baby registry and gave us so much information on what we should choose or not. I highly recommend her."

We went to BabiesRus to buy car seat and met this amazing lady Surinder. She not only showed us different options but also helped us in choosing Car seat. She was so helpful and wonderful lady. I will recommend all mamas out there to ask for her whenever you go to buy infants or toddlers or kids gear.

Tried to buy gifts off of a friend's registry and the website would not allow me to finalize payment. Chat button at the bottom of the screen was broken. Literally could not complete my purchase.

We had lovely experience at the store during baby fest!Thank you Maria for patiently answering all our questions and even letting us trial using a carrier before purchasing it. Thanks for helping us to pick a stroller that suits us the best and being so lovely the whole time.Thank you Thomas for being so knowledgeable and showing us how to use a car seat in different ways.There was another lovely lady who helped me to apply for the registry the other day. Wish I remember her name. She's also very friendly and helpful.

Today, I went to Babys r Us Broadway location. Lauren approached me if she said if she can be of assistance and I replied that I do need assistance. I was there to buy a few items from a baby registry and told her my budget. She proceeded to print the list and together she went with me to different aisles finding the items from the list that I was was interested in. She provided recommendations on which items would be good/useful. Ones the items were picked she asked if I already have a gift bag and I told her no. She provided a couple of suggestions and she said best option is to purchase a gift bag along with some tissue paper and that she can make it work". I proceeded to the checkout paid for the items after which she "wrapped" it all for me. I great experience overall. I basically had a personal shopper with me from start to finish. Thanks Lauren for going above and beyond. You saved me a lot of time and effort."

We came to the store to research about baby car seats and Karla helped us a lot! She explained everything we needed about travel systems, what brands sells best, and we could even try the car seat and stroller inside our tiny car. I'd definitely buy there, just for the customer service part of the store. Karla was a very friendly, knowledgeable sales associate. =)

Went in-store as the stroller/car seat we were gifted had terrible instructions and the online tutorials were not helpful. Surinder assisted us and showed us how to open the stroller, how to insert the car seat, etc! Without her assistance, we would of waited 6 months to use this stroller! Thank you, fantastic and knowledgeable service!

In person staff were very helpful and understanding. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated their help specially the store manager Qita. However, I would say avoid their online customer service at all cost. They are so uninterested in your problem and offer no solution whatsoever. When I called the Vancouver store, Qita immediately offered to help me with my order and the floor team leader, surinder was so delightful to speak with. She made sure to let me know what I need, specially that I am a first time mom and it’s very overwhelming for me.

Don’t ever buy anything here. Some of the things I bought here were broken and you have to go back again and again.And because of the short staff it will take FOREVER.I’m just hoping that baby bottles that we purchased are okay because once we open the box, we can get an exchange or refund….Also staff there are probably part time students that they don’t know anything about babies..
