Robert and his staff are very kind and helpful. The work that they did on my truck was very professional and amazing. I have recently taken my truck into Robert for some other issues and he has looked after me and fixed my issues at no charge. I highly recommend this body shop with no questions asked.

Robert was such a pleasure to deal with- I live close by, had a flat tire. Within 15 minutes of calling him, he was looking at my car and fixing my flat. He was so kind, and made it a really positive experience! Would highly recommend Seneca for the amazing customer service, I will definitely use them again!

I had couple of rust, dent and cracks on my Acura ilx and had my car fixed by Robert and his team. He was very friendly and took great care of my car. Dropped it off on Monday and it was all done on Friday. No other body shop was able to provide me with a rental for free, fix all that needed work during the time I was free and within the budget I wanted to spend on fixing the issues. Keep up the great work and will definitely recommend this location over anyone else.

I am so pleased with the work that was done on my car. My car looked like a brand new car when the work was completed and it was completed in a short amount of time. Thank you to Robert and the staff for the outstanding service and price.

I wanted to wait a couple weeks before writing this review to make sure the problem wouldn't just return quickly after service. John was so great to deal with. I called, letting him know I had a few things i wanted to take care of on the body of the car (preventative measures) and that there was an immediate issue with my driver's side door. He said to come right in...He checked it out, quickly repaired the door in the parking lot, and when I asked what the cost was, he graciously offered a good faith gesture of a Google review and return business for the other repairs. I have a feeling the price for the other minor repairs will be reasonable and I'm happy to do business with Seneca again... I'll see you again soon, John!

I was truly impressed with the service, quality of work and the fair price. We had some damage on the back door of our Audi. After shopping around, Robert gave us the best price by far. We were also given a loaner car while our car was being repaired which was a bonus.Overall we had an amazing experience dealing with Robert. This is my first ever google review. Robert (Seneca) is an excellent gentleman. Very polite and professional. He is a great person to deal with. Fair price.It was a wonderful experience getting my car fixed here. Highly recommended for any body shop, dent or paint work.

I went to see Robert and we had a conversation about doing bodywork on my car. It had rust around the wheel wells, And after explaining to me that he would cut out the rotted metal and weld in new pieces, i was happy and left my car and i was surprised he gave me a loaner car while mine was being repaired. About 5 days later i received a call from Robert explaining that my car was ready for pick up. When i arrived Robert pulled out his camera and showed me the pictures of what repairs were done. He did exactly what he explained he was going to do (see Pictures). The rot was cut out and new metal was welded in and the paint was blended in flawlessly ! I would also like to mention that they also cleaned and vacuumed my car before picking it up. I cannot tell you how happy and pleased i am at the perfection and professionalism from start to finish. If i could give more than 5 stars i would without hesitation. I would recommend Seneca to all my family and friends and to anyone else reading this review.

The owner, Robert, was honest and upfront. He kept to his word unlike the previous garage out vehicle was held at. He went above and beyond and we felt like he actually cared to make sure we were happy and informed instead of just making a quick easy buck from the insurance company. He’s also a family man and had his sons and other relatives at the garage so I trusted him even more. Honestly had a good experience with him and would come back if ever need be. I’d advise anyone wondering to trust him
