Amazing customer service, beautiful store, and nice lineup of brands carried here. We had our furniture delivered to us (2 hours away from the store) with zero issues. Many of our items were backordered, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Will definitely be back.

After buying two chairs back in January, I was so impressed with the quality and knowing they were made in the United States. I ordered two more chairs, coffee table and 2 end tables and a sectional.I received the two chairs and the tables shortly after placing the order. Three months later, I just received the sectional couch on April 30.When putting together the sectional, I could tell the quality was not near as good as the original pieces.After inspecting the furniture I noticed the furniture is now made in Vietnam!What a disappointment. If I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have made the purchase and the furniture was extremely difficult to put to assemble. The holes did not match up and there was missing hardware.Maybe they will get better in time, but I will not purchase anything else from Burrow.Tod

Higher quality Ikea furniture. I love that they use formaldehyde-free and hardwood construction just make sure you get their furniture on sale. I purchased the Range 8-Piece and paid ~$3400 and it's currently on sale for ~$2000. Good buy at the $2000 price but definitely overpriced for what I paid. They wouldn't price match after the 30 day window (we were a week past) which was a bit surprising. Also, I would refute the pet friendly" claims as the material doesn't hold up as well as you'd expect. Overall I think the quality is there if you get the furniture on sale. However
