Paola and the warehouse team were so wonderful and helpful when Canada Post lost my package. Within a day of letting them know about the error, they had already called me to confirm details, opened a ticket with Canada Post on my behalf, and began arrangements to send a replacement. Not only was the whole team incredibly efficient and professional, they were also totally lovely to deal with. A+ customer service!

I chose Active Baby for my registry knowing there was a location close to where I live and because they carry brands that I want to purchase. Most items on my registry ended up not being in stock throughout the time I had the registry, and when I went to complete my registry I wasn't given a code for the discount and was told I had to complete everything on the registry - even though I had items I couldn't fulfill because they were out of stock and/or had items from other stores to fill the gaps. It takes weeks to fulfill orders, and there is zero communication about the delays. The staff aren't knowledgable about what is going on, although I don't blame them. At one point the Active Baby website was changed and I was unable to add items to my registry without using the add-on for Chrome. I had informed them multiple times with little to no response or follow up on the issue. Would not recommend for a primary store for your registry.

Awful customer service! If you want to bring your business here think twice and read all 1 star reviews. They don’t respect peoples time and pocket.I purchased a set of Thule stroller and basinet from their website in May which was on 20% off. All other baby stores had the same deal on this model at the same time but I made a mistake and decided to support a local store.In early June, after deal was off everywhere, I was informed that my order is not available and they can not bring this model from the manufacture. We went to the store to see what are our options. After a long discussion they told us they will try to find the same brand and model, if not they will give us 15% off on any Uppababy models.A day after we received an email from the store that Thule has charged this model and we will ship your order.In “JULY” they called us again and said we didn’t find this model and can not supply it until September!!! We told them we will come to the store to discuss our options but today they refunded our money without our confirmation or offering any other options.I lost a deal and I am due in 20 days and after almost 2 month I don’t have a stroller for my baby.They ruined the whole great experience that I should’ve had to do shopping for my first child.Deserve Zero star but not an option.

Placed an order for a very hard to find item for a birthday present, guess what? It wasn't in stock and it wasn't until I reached out 6 days later that they informed me of this. The best they could do was 4-5 weeks after they made another order to the manufacturer. Apparently this is a common theme with this company after reading through their reviews. Thank you for wasting my time, and leaving me without the one thing she really wanted. Horrible customer service, like, at what point where they going to inform me that they don't have the item I paid for? Asked for an immediate refund. Broke my heart after explaining to her that I tried really hard to get you the present you wanted but unfortunately, I won't be able to get it in time for your birthday. I'll never support this company again, nor will I ever recommend it to anybody else. We're living in 2023, update your stock lists or at the VERY least, inform your customer before they have to reach out and ask what is going on with their order. If this was an isolated event, then I'd understand, but clearly you have done this to multiple customers, multiple times, you really need to do better..

It was important for me to find a knowledgeable store that could guide me in selecting the right products and brands, as it can be overwhelming to make these decisions for the first time. The staff at Active Baby exceeded my expectations and provided me with exceptional assistance.Recently, I returned to the store to purchase a jogging stroller for my boyfriend, and once again, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They even assembled the stroller for me and carried it to my car, saving me the hassle of dealing with a box and a newborn at the same time.I highly recommend Active Baby to any new mom. Their staff is well-trained and knowledgeable about their products. I was impressed to learn that the staff member who assisted me had tested out all the jogging strollers herself, despite not having a child, just so she could provide relevant advice to customers. Their A+++ service also includes storing your receipt on file for easy returns. I cannot praise this store enough for their outstanding service.

I ordered a stroller frame online when it was in stock, I waited a whole week and got no updates. I called 2 times in which they said they would be working on it soon and a second time where they would ship my order. I still got no updates. I called today and they told me it’s out of stock. Why do you have items available to order and then suddenly it’s out of Stock? You delayed my order by several days and now say it’s not available? What type of customer sales is this?

We had a great experience at Active Baby North Vancouver this past weekend. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We went in to buy some Belan J sale items and came out with that and an amazing deal on a car seat. All in all great experience. thanks guys.

Would not buy anything there. They are selling products from cheap manufacturers and then not dealing with warranty claim. It is then all on your own. So if something goes wrong and you cannot reach manufacturer on the other side of the world, you lost your hard earned money. They don't care at all. It should be always seller responsibility!!!
