i never ended up ordering any parts but the lady on the phone was very helpful with trouble shooting an issue with my appliance, next time i have an issue i know who i will call and hopefully i’ll be able to give them business and not just a review.

Avoid this place if you can. They mark up the parts a ridiculous amount when anyone can go online and get the same part for a fraction of what they charge. The service they provide is decent but how much they gouge their customers on parts is a real turn off.

Unfortunately our washer was too sick to save, but the technicians advice on which brands were good and bad made our purchase so much easier. It's not often these days that you find someone who is willing to take the time to explain in detail the issue with your product, but also advise you on what to buy. I would not hesitate to call again. Thank you for everything.

Bay Appliance were very helpful with purchasing my new parts. Nicky even tried calling around to see if another Parts store had the part I was looking for but unfortunately no one had the one we were looking for. So they ordered it for me and called as soon as it was in. Thank you again i will definitely return when needing a part for any appliances we own.

Jacob is clearly a troll .I'm surprised Google has allowed this .He doesn't even live in Ontario .Check out all of his comment every single one is from a different city and is just plain nasty .I have dealt with Bay Appliance and have always been impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff is. I haven't personally dealt with any other business he mentions but seeing how toxic he is I wouldn't listen to any of those reviews either .Keep up the good work and Google maybe you should remove useless posts by trolls with no life and too much time on their hands
