Easy access, reasonable price, medium quality, recommended for daily use equipment

Today, my mother, a close friend and I went to this store. Everything was fine, although we heard one of the workers call for security but we thought nothing of it. That’s until we reach the cash. My friend heads for a self service cash and my mom and I head for another one. But, a worker insisted on us passing to a regular cash, not by asking us but by asking one of the cashier to take us without acknowledging wether we want it or not. We always go to this store and the only difference was that today my mom had a scarf wrapped around her head. When asked why he forced to go to the cash when we could of easily went to the self service one he claimed that it was “easier”. If that was the case why redirect us and not my fraud, who happens to be caucasian? We took it personally. That treatment felt unfair and discriminatory and I will go back to that store and take it with his hierarchy.

Disgusting customer service. Wanted to purchase 4 planters with a 4$ price tag. The cash scanned at $4.50 for each one. I called the manager and asked for the exact price policy posted above their cash. She barely spoke French and no English. Refused to honor the company policy and proceeded to scan a $4 shampoo bottle as an alternative. Out of principle we will be filing paperwork with protection du consomateur.

Good place mostly for those who like to spend less money. Specially recommended for low-income families.You can find variety of products & stuffs; but for sure not main meals like meat, beans or any sort of fruits & vegetables!A reminder for Dollarama:I hope you keep the prices as low as possible & also consider the good quality of products.Appreciation:Thank you for all the efforts you guys put together to bring comfort, easy shopping & low price products with good & acceptable quality.

They have so many things and it's a neat store. They need to clear the aisles because there was big boxes and disabled people couldn't pass. Also, only one cashier is really not enough for a busy store like this.

They overcharged me for a product and when I realized it(I was still inside the store) and asked for refund according to the policies which they have posted above the billing machines. They refused. I also asked to take the product back and refund my money, she refused. The lady manager's exact words I dont care"
